Lazaro and the Shark: Cuba Under the Surface

Also known as LAZARO AND THE SHARK. CUBA UNDER THE SURFACE

Tensions build and tempers flare as the government restrictions and scarcity of present-day Cuba come to bear on one of the world’s poorest Carnivals.
