Minstrels in Long Coats

Menestreliai maksi paltais

The film tells the short story of a love song born in Soviet-era Užupis in the 1970s, where, beneath a tightly regulated reality, the spirit of freedom flickers and minstrels in long maxi coats roam the streets.
