Frederick and Catherine

Frieder und Catherlieschen

Once upon a time there was Frederick, a clever and hardworking man, and his wife Catherine, who, though well-meaning, was not exactly the brightest. Whatever she touches turns to misfortune—and so, with her good-natured foolishness, she leads her husband from one misadventure to the next! Based on the fairy tale farce by the Brothers Grimm.
