Keepers of Memory: Nature in the Age of Fire

Custodi della memoria. La Natura al tempo del Fuoco

“In the ashes of the forest, the ancient voices of the land still resonate”

Focusing on the catastrophic wildfires in British Columbia, this documentary blends Indigenous wisdom, ambient nature soundscapes, and personal testimonies—including survivors of the 2021 Lytton disaster. The film highlights the deep spiritual connection between humanity and nature, calling for environmental stewardship while exposing the ongoing grief of Indigenous communities stripped of their ancestral lands.
