Il laureato

Also known as l'affittacamere perversa, The Graduate-College Girl, La Perversion d'une femme mariée, Die Fickprüfung, Graduada en el Arte del Sexo

Story involves a young student (the title "laureate") who's boarding with Foster and Del Rio, but the untranslated version I watched offered little clue to what the ostensible plot line was about. It's meant to be a period piece, with some Scott Joplin type music on the soundtrack.
