The Bitter Root

“If we want peace, if we want justice, we need to learn to forgive.”

David Ocitti was just a boy when the rebels attacked his village, forcing him to become a soldier in their brutal army. A testament to radical forgiveness and restorative justice, David ultimately embraces the very perpetrators who ripped apart his family and helps them find a second chance at life.
